2010 Tee Time Procedures

Please use the Sign Up Page (in the navigation bar on the left side of your screen) to schedule your Tee Times.  Monday at noon is the deadline for scheduling or cancelling a tee time with the Tee Time Chair for the upcoming play day.

Once your request is received, it will be manually entered by the Tee Time Chair into the Sign Up Chart.  The chart will be updated throughout the week by the Tee Time Chair.   In the Sign Up Chart, members can easily see if they have signed up to playor not.

If you find that you need to cancel or change your play day options, please go to the Change or Cancellation page to send an email to cancel or make changes.   Please do not resubmit another Sign-Up page.  All changes
or cancellations need to be sent to the Tee Time Chair by the noon Monday deadline.

2010 Tee Time Reminders

1.  Tee Times are Assigned by the Tee Time Chair
A member must notify the Tee Time Chair if she wishes to bring a guest on play day.  The member and her guest will be given a tee time (space available) at the end of the field.

Draft Tee Times will be posted online at least one week before play.  Tee times may be changed throughout the week as players are added, changed, or cancelled.  Please check the tee sheet often.  The Tee Time Chair will finalize tee times prior to the Monday, noon deadline.  Tee times are delivered to the Pro Shop by Monday at noon.

2.  After the Deadline - Starter 303-409-2257
After the deadline on Monday, if a member needs to cancel or schedule a tee time, she must contact the Starter. A tee time will be given if space is available.

3.  No Call-No Show
A legitimate cancellation occurs when a member who is signed up for a tee time, notifies the Tee Time Chair by Monday at noon that she will not be playing that play day.  If a player needs to cancel after the Monday deadline, she must notify the Starter prior to her tee time that she will not be playing that play day.  If a member fails to do so, she will be considered a No Call-No Show.  Please refer to the procedures regarding No Shows in the By Laws.  (click here)

4.  Cancellation of a Play Day
Do not assume the play day is cancelled because of weather!  If in doubt, please check this website or call the Pro Shop at 303-409-2250.

Please note: A player should be at the golf course at least thirty minutes before her tee time.  Last minute changes do occur.

2010 Tee Time Suggestions

1.  If you would like to play with a variety of different club members, vary the time you request between early, middle, & late preferences.

2.  Please try to make your decision regarding a play day as early as possible.   Changes made through the Pro Shop after the Monday deadline, often result in members playing in incomplete foursomes.  It is policy for us to have our number of tee times requested to the Pro Shop one week in advance.

3.  Remember to check the Sign Up Chart and draft tee times often and the Final Tee Times on Monday after noon.
